Baked Portobello Mushroom
Ingredients
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 portobello mushrooms
Instructions
Mix the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl. Add the mushrooms a let it marinate for at least 30 min. Pre-heat the oven at 400F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the mushrooms. Bake for 20 min, flipping half way. Serve with potatoes, roasted vegetables or as a replacement for burgers.
