Vegan green protein bowl
This is one of my favorite breakfast meal, specially during summer. Sometimes we just want a refreshing meal that is easy to make and delivers all the nutrients to start the day! This creamy smooth bowl does all of this. It has fresh fruits and vegetables, which makes this bowl a great source of vitamins and minerals like calcium and iron. The extra vegan protein powder will provide added protein, extra vitamins and minerals plus more creaminess and richness that will keep you full for longer - so no trips to the fridge in-between the meals. Ingredients
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup pf almond milk
1 apple
1 cup of chopped kale
1/4 cup of chopped mint
1 scoop of vegan protein
1 kiwi
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
ice
Instructions
Blend the avocado, banana, apple, vegan protein, kale and mint with the almond milk. Add as much ice as youβd like and blend a bit more. Transfer to a bowl and top with kiwi slices, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
